Issues from damaging my vehicle to stating that a 1-2 day Ford Corporation timeframe defined warranty repair item will take them 5-7 days to complete. They could care less about their customers or the negative impact they have on the Ford brand name. It stuns me how they can possibly be rated anything above a 3 star at best.
