Sales: Over the last 6 years have bought 2 Fords. Due to location Angela Krause is close to my home and after spending 2-3 hours at the dealership, each time I left and went to another Ford dealershi Due to location Angela Krause is close to my home and after spending 2-3 hours at the dealership, each time I left and went to another Ford dealership and negotiated 2-3K savings for each purchase. Service: Again due to location I've gone here 4x. Not one of them was pleasant. There is zero regard when it comes to meeting their defined repair timeframes. I've also had my vehicle damaged their on 2 separate occasions, one of which resulted in them having to pay a $500 dent repair. They are too busy to put the quality of their work and or customer service as a priority. More

Was told by internet department that they have “incentives and promotions” going on for a particular vehicle that we are looking to buy right now. So, I sent my husband up only to be told that no “incentives and promotions” going on for a particular vehicle that we are looking to buy right now. So, I sent my husband up only to be told that no such “incentives or promotions” exist. It’s not cool to waste peoples time and such “incentives and promotions” do exist because we are looking at the same car with internet deals at other dealers. Please don’t waste your time, buy online with a dealership that has internet deals. Even with shipping for 500$ from another state, we can still end up saving money. Corsair hybrids are not going for MSRP, FYI. More
