Was told by internet department that they have “incentives and promotions” going on for a particular vehicle that we are looking to buy right now. So, I sent my husband up only to be told that no “incentives and promotions” going on for a particular vehicle that we are looking to buy right now. So, I sent my husband up only to be told that no such “incentives or promotions” exist. It’s not cool to waste peoples time and such “incentives and promotions” do exist because we are looking at the same car with internet deals at other dealers. Please don’t waste your time, buy online with a dealership that has internet deals. Even with shipping for 500$ from another state, we can still end up saving money. Corsair hybrids are not going for MSRP, FYI. More

I had dropped off my lincoln for a few warranty covered items. Was told it should be done by Wednesday. On Thursday I called a few times but couldn't get through and no one was returning my calls. On Frida items. Was told it should be done by Wednesday. On Thursday I called a few times but couldn't get through and no one was returning my calls. On Friday after repeatedly calling, I went through the sales department to get any answers. My wheels were covered by warranty and they done a terrible job. Looks like a spray can job. The marks on my rear seat were not addressed and the key fob was covered but I didn't get it either. The only satisfaction was from one new tire. No communication and my time is not important to them at all. More
