My wife and I recently purchased our new Sonata from Chris Zook. Overall, the dealership was fantastic and was certainly the best car buying experience we have ever had. In fact, we actually had a great time with our awesome salesman Chris! And he was rather patient with us as we test drove quite a few cars to see which one was right for us. We even had employees that weren't even involved in our deal come over to offer us drinks and snacks while we were waiting. After we finalized the deal, Chris took us over to meet the service manager who was totally awesome and obviously cared a lot about his job and the value in customer service. All in all, we got the deal that we wanted and the experience that we didn't expect. Great job Chris and Annapolis Hyundai as a whole! We're definitely coming back! More

After negotiating with each dealer, Annapolis Hyundai gave me the best price for the Genesis. Working with Drew, Gary and John in finalizing the deal was very smooth, they made me feel welcome and took the time to explain all the features of the car, maintenance and warranties that were included in the purchase. The entire staff at Annapolis Hyundai were extremely pleasant and courteous. I recommend this dealership very highly. More

From the moment we entered your dealership and met with Mr. Ray Turner and Mr. George Sparks we were made to feel like old friends and family. Which is not always the case with other dealerships. In going through the financial process of the sale everything was clearly explained by the above two individuals in very clear and understandable terms. Your Business Manager Mr. Anthony Kim handled the document signing process in the same professional manner. Since taking delivery of the Santa Fe I have revisited your dealership several times with questions on the operation of a specific feature of the vehicle. In every instance Mr. Sparks or Mr. Turner without hesitation devoted their full attention to my inquiry. These three individual are professionals in every sense of the word, and a credit to your organization. Please extend to them a high five on a job well done. Since only having the Santa Fe in so short a time I cannot render an evaluation of your service department under the direction of Mr. Rick Marders. I got a great car, a fantastic price for the car, my trade and the finance rate. Plus, it was a fairly quick transaction. I was unexpectedly surprised to get this deal here in Annapolis, but I'd done my homework and visited other dealerships in the Baltimore/Washington area and definitely got the best deal here. Felt they were honest through out. I would definitely recommend this dealership for purchasing a new Hyundai. More
I purchased a Certified used car for my son. It was a one year old Hyundai Accent. Along with the purchase he purchased the extended bumper to bumper warranty that he was assured (in my presence) would one year old Hyundai Accent. Along with the purchase he purchased the extended bumper to bumper warranty that he was assured (in my presence) would cover any major and most minor repairs to the car. He now has 75,000 miles on the car and every time he has tried to bring it in for service he has been told that the repair is not covered by the warranty. Some of them I understand (brake pads not covered) but most have not been wear and tear items. Am beginning to wonder if there actually any repairs that are covered under this so-called "bumper to bumper" warranty. tried to call dealer to ask questions about the warranty but they will not return my calls. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY EXTENDED WARRANTIES FROM THIS DEALER!! Quite frankly I would not return to this dealer for any future purchases as I do not feel I can trust them. More

When it came down to brass tax i was still wanting to shop around other dealers just so i had an idea in my head what i wanted and not at any time at all did i feel pressured to purchase from them and she did not throw things at me left and right like most dealership do to try and get me to purchase right then and there. I finally decided to purchase a brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra sedan. It was my first new car purchase and i could not be more satisfied with her service and my new car. Tony Kim wrapped up the purchase because i financed and he was excellent as well and let me know everything i needed to and was honest and forward and to the point. This has to be one of the best dealerships I ever worked with. I took my car to them after another dealership did over $4000 worth of damage to the engine while trying to fix it.
