This is not a great place for service. We had an appointment and took the car in at appointed time and was told that they would not be able to work on the car that day as they wereDOUBLE We had an appointment and took the car in at appointed time and was told that they would not be able to work on the car that day as they wereDOUBLE BOOKED? Double booked? We had an appointment!!! Was told if we would bring the car back in one week we would be out within ONE HOUR for a standard oil change and tire rotation. TWO HOURS LATER I went to check on the car and it was still sitting in the parking lot! I will have to think twice on my next purchase. THEY NEED TO HIRE SOMEONE THAT KNOWS HOW TO RUN A SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!! More
