Conrad Westerman went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I had been working with him on line for a couple of weeks trying to find a new Elantra in a particular color. While I did not get the color I originally wanted (and that wasn't because he didn't try - seems like no dealership could get me the Desert Bronze Elantra Limited)- I absolutely love the Titanium Gray Metallic Elantra I purchased. Mr. Westerman was extremely patient with me and all of my crazy questions. I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of while I was there. The price was also better than any other dealership I had been in contact with. Scott Warren was great also. He made me feel extremely comfortable doing all of the paperwork. I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 14 years so I was nervous about purchasing a new car and Mr. Warren calmed all of my fears. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to other people. I've had bad experiences with car dealerships in the past where it seemed they felt they had to do a performance and run sales gimmicks (the "boss" is here so we can do things we couldn't normally do). The experience I had at this dealership was a whole different ballgame. Conrad was friendly and efficient. He knew about what he had in stock and was able to answer questions. At no time did I feel pushed into a sale - this was something I bought, not something I was sold. I assume these guys work on commission but the experience left me feeling like a non-commissioned environment. Lastly, he carefully presented some facts about the car before I drove off the lot so that I would know what to encounter before I encountered it. After deciding on a particular car, Scott was friendly and knew what to do each step of the way and worked with me on one of the promotions. It is a true relief dealing with people who know what they're doing so nobody has to guess and worry. While I believe the warranty was quite sufficient for the first 100,000 miles, with Scott's guidance, I did purchase some of the extra coverage which I'm sure will help me keep up with the maintenance. Conrad was incredibly fast in responding to my questions and actually answered them via email, where as many other dealerships just told me to call them and didn't actually provide the info I was looking for. The whole dealership has been nothing but awesome and that is the reason I decided to purchase my vehicle with them.
