I had narrowed my search down to 2 different types of vehicles and 2 different dealerships to work with. My experience at Annapolis Hyundai was nothing short of amazing. From the second I walked into the dealership I knew that customer service was their top priority. I had originally spoke with Renny over at cars.com when doing vehicle searching and he was extremely professional and answered any questions I had. I then made an appointment to go see him to discuss one of the vehicles I wanted. I went into the dealership with all my notes and research I had done about the car I wanted which was a 2010 Kia Forte EX (Dark Red). I even had memorized the stock number before I walked into the dealership. After discussing price with Renny and then with Mike (Sales Manager), we came to an agreement that was realistic and fair for the car. They made me very comfortable while waiting for the bank to approve financing, and Renny had a great personality and was easy to talk to. The pleasant experience didn't stop at sales as when I met Scott the Finance guy he was great. He was fast, efficient, and had a great personality. He explained everything I needed to know regarding my warranty and financing and told me that if I had any questions to give him a call back and he would take the time to help me. Just awesome. I have purchased cars from a number of different dealerships in my time, and I have never had such a professional, relaxing, and thorough experience as I've had at this dealership, Annapolis Hyundai. I am going to recommend them to anyone I talk to that is looking to buy a car or who is looking for an honest, no BS dealership. Renny, Mike, and Scott and just amazing. A+++!!! More

My wife and I went into the dealership not really knowing anything about the car line. George came up to us and greeted us. He showed us the car we wanted and took us for a test drive and we absoutly LOVED anything about the car line. George came up to us and greeted us. Overall the car buying experience was good. George Sparks was very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle choice. He was thorough in explaining all the details related to my purchase down to the fin was very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle choice. The only exception would be voice mails left to answer an outstanding issue I had with one of the options purchased through him. As of this email I'm still waiting for a response to voice message(s) left. I would recommend this dealership to any potential car buyers wanting to enjoy the Hyundai experience. More
I was looking to repalce my Honda CRV which was a great vehicle, but i wanted to get back into a sedan. I use this car for work so i was looking for fuel economy and comfort. I was looking at the accent, and the Elantra because i did not not want to spend alot. I dealt with Mark basically over the internet, and what he expalined was great, I even changed vehicles at the last minute, and we reworked the price and it was a good deal. I have been looking for a car for several months and have I have been looking for a car for several months and have been to many dealerships narrowing down what vehicles I liked. After finally down-selecti I have been looking for a car for several months and have been to many dealerships narrowing down what vehicles I liked. After finally down-selecting to two, I began my final test drives. A dealership I had been visiting called saying they had the specific model with the specific features I wanted. Drove to the dealership 40 minutes away and guess what they didn't... "Oh sorry we must have sold it..." Left with that pronouncement and searched the GPS for the next Hyundai dealer. I called and spoke with George. He said yes he had two of the Limited models. We said we would be there within a half hour. He met us outside as we pulled up, had both cars ready and gassed up (seems to be a common dealer problem not enough gas in vehicle for test drive). Very knowledgeable sales person. Had a very relaxed test drive and he spent a significant amount of time determining what I wanted in the car. He worked the numbers on both models and honored the USAA pricing agreement. He stayed late and wasn't fidgeting like some sales persons I have dealt with. We agreed to finalize the deal the next morning since I needed to bring my loan paperwork. Then he recommended an excellent restaurant a few doors down where we had a great meal. I arrived the next morning, paperwork in hand, and it was a smooth transaction. We waited a bit as they were very busy processing several sales, but it wasn't too long, so we took another test drive to kill time. Spoke with the financial folks signed the papers and walked out the door. Very painless. Several things stand out at this dealership: 1. George - very professional, friendly and not pushy, he let me make my decision. 2. Meeting you at the door, having vehicles ready was smooth. 3. No pushy tactics by Scott as we signed the deal, explained it all, even made a call to answer a question on the extended Platinum coverage plan - yes the NAV system is covered. 4. They provide the new plates, not the temporary tags, a GREAT timesaver. OVERALL: They will get my repeat business. Am happy the other dealer I was working with screwed up, as this was an EXCELLENT experience. More

Was looking for a new Sonata called around looking for a limited with turbo and nav. I wanted specific colors and Conrad said he had 2 in and would have it ready if I called him before getting there. When I arrived it was out front and ready for a test drive. Conrad oriented me around the car and off we went. No complaints about checking the stereo out at loud volumes, checking the acceleration and guiding me around the route. Once back the interaction was very low pressure but I knew I wanted the car. I had a price in mind after looking through multiple car sites. I made my offer a after a quick check with the sales manager my offer was accepted - no haggling, no worries. The paper work went pretty quickly and there was no pressure at all to buy any additional services etc. I was taken on a tour to orient me to the dealership and got a couple of free sodas while waiting. Conrad (my salesman) was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. The sales manager came out and talked me for a while - a regular guy who wasn't the normal "sales manger type sales guy or stuffed shirt" that I've had when buying some of my other cars in the past (not Hyundai as this is my first). Conrad briefed me on the operation of some of the other features of the car before I left and I went on my way happy and surprised how easy and pleasurable the experience was. More
