Despite requests to adhere to the coupon, they consistently do more service. Last week the charge was in excess of $700. I approved a $299 brake repair. They independently did a 30,000 mile tune-up for $400+. Bryan's response to my shock was , "we can put the old parts back". My lease is up in a few months; given issues with service I'd never get another Hyundai! More

They have taken good care of my car and have never tried to do unnecessary maintenance. They are prompt, professional, and courteous. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. More
From the time I called for my appointment, Jacob was amazing. He gave me the appointment and when I brought my car in, he greeted me by name. I laughed and said the only other thing I had was the shovel marks the young man who cleaned my car off after the last snow storm left. We had a little more small talk about the horribly cold winter and all the snow storms, and I left. When he called me to tell me my car was ready to be picked up, he told me he had a surprise for me. When I got to the dealership, I saw my car. I walked over and not only was it cleaned beautifully, ALL of the scratches on the hood were gone! I went into the service office and told Jacob how pleased I was. I had had the car through the car wash several times and those marks did NOT come off. Jacob told me they buffed them out after they serviced the car. As usual, Annapolis Hyundai exceeded my expectations!!! More
At 52K miles, my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe V6 AWD developed a persistent knocking noise up front while under acceleration. I brought my Sonata in for recall work and regular maintenance without an appointment. Not only was the crew able to get the car in but they were able to get the car finished that day. The crew was very friendly and didn't care that I didn't call in advance. I was told that they could complete the work by the end of the day. I was called and given the status a couple hours after drop off and approximate time that it would be done and was contacted again when the car was ready. While I had the car in I stopped in to see some of the new models. I had my Sonata for 3 years and have really enjoyed the car but was curious about some of the new models and features. I asked about trade in value and got info on a couple of models of interest. This was during the cold "vortex" that was hitting the east coast but Chris Zook (sales guy) took me around outside to see different models even though I conveyed that I was just curious. I ended up getting an appraisal for my 2011 and Chris worked with George and Drew to come up with a favorable deal. There was no pressure and my wife and I ended up enjoying talking with Chris, George and Drew about many topics - nothing to do with getting me into the car today etc. etc. that you might expect with a typical dealership visit. Everyone we talked to was really down to earth and seem to genuinely enjoy meeting people. I ended up giving them a particular car/color/option choice later in the day after leaving and coming back to pick up my Sonata after the service was done. The car was immaculate and everything that was done was explained and documented. So even though the review started with a great service visit it turned into a great sales visit as well. I'll continue this review in the sales section since that was completed on a different day. More
This has to be one of the best dealerships I ever worked with. I took my car to them after another dealership did over $4000 worth of damage to the engine while trying to fix it. Rick and his team went way above what I was anticipating and made sure that my car was %100 before I go it back. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!! More
The reason why I gave this high rating is because the Service Department is very efficient, friendly, and prompt in following up with service repairs or concerns. They also keep you informed through out the process. I was disappointed that the Sales Department did not inform me when purchaing the Elantra that it did not come with a Spare Tire. My daughter had a flat, but was lucky that she was near a Service Station to get it repaired. To me, this is a severe safety hazard that the Sales Department should be held accoutable for. Otherwise, I think this dealer and Service Department should be commended for their work and customer response More

I brought my vehicle in for a warranty problem, the service manager after looking at the oil determined that my vehicle has been abused and would not be covered under warranty. I offered to bring in oi service manager after looking at the oil determined that my vehicle has been abused and would not be covered under warranty. I offered to bring in oil change receipts and proof of purchase for oil filters purchased and installed by me. He told me that would not be necessary.(he basically called me a liar. after removing my car from the dealership i took it to a master mechanic. we discovered that the reason the oil was sludged due to a head gasket leak which introduced antifreeze into the engine and caused the sludge and probably spun a bearing. when i asked them to diagnose the problem at the dealership the only thing i got was a bill for 132 dollars and was told i needed a new engine at a cost of 5000dollars for a used one or 7000dollars for a rebuilt one. no pressure testing was to determine what caused the problem , as a matter of fact no tests were done at all. worst service department i have ever dealt with More
