Never have I been happier to know I will never have to deal with a business again. The fact that our Ionic 5 was a lemon was not their fault. That's on Hyundai. But the way their "service" dept. dealt with us during the four months it took Hyundai to process our lease buy-out was unconscionable. More than five weeks ago they simply went radio silent on whether/when the vehicle's issue could ever be resolved. Update? Ha! Even before that, virtually the only information we ever got was in response to multiple voicemails. I got to know the answering machine for Dino, the service manager, quite well. "I always respond to voicemails within 24 hours," it says. What a lie. But the final experience at the dealership to turn in the keys and get my lease buy-out payment was a real topper: Apparently Dino and the gang thought I had already left when they began yuckking it up about how happy they were that they wouldn't have to deal with me any more. Well Dino, no one is more glad than I am that I won't be dealing again with you. The vehicles your dealership sells are junk (google "Hyundai" and "ICCU" if you have several hours to read just a small portion of the zillions of complaints; there is a whole Facebook page devoted to the issue!), and you treat your customers as if they -- and not your crappy cars -- are the issue. Hyundai's flagrant disregard for state Lemon Law sure doesn't help. But my complaints about this dealership are attributable solely to this dealership. I would never wish their service department on anyone. Buyer beware. More
Dropped car off night before for warranty work. I heard nothing till I called at 3pm. Told car JUST went into the shop but should be done by 5. Got call at 5. Don’t ever take your vehicle here for service. Nothing will get fixed, they’ll lie to you, and you won’t ever be able to get in contact with anyone for updates. I am very impressed with the staff in the service department but not at all with management. I have been waiting on a refund since May and they never answer. This was a factory 16,000 mile oil change, checkup and tire rotation visit that took 3 hours. There was no car wash service. That said they did have a car service to take us and pick us up from restaurant tire rotation visit that took 3 hours. There was no car wash service.
