Nosotros, como un concesionario ha intentado todo lo posible para proporcionar asistencia con estos temas a los clientes, incluso fuimos al fabricante para su asistencia en este asunto, pero se les dijo que por ellos las cuestiones que el cliente estaba viviendo no era algo que estaba cubierto por su garantía. Translation:We as a dealership have tried everything we could to provide assistance with this customers issues, we even went to the manufacturer for assistance in this matter but were told by them that the issues the customer was experiencing was not something that was covered by their warranty. We regret that the customer isn’t pleased with his/her experience at our dealership, but we will continue to work to our fullest extent to provide the best customer experience to every customer that walks in our dealership.
