Right off the showroom floor After searching online I knew that I wanted the Tucson in Sunset and Sunset only. We saw that Antwerpen Hyundai had one in stock and took a ride out t After searching online I knew that I wanted the Tucson in Sunset and Sunset only. We saw that Antwerpen Hyundai had one in stock and took a ride out there to check it out. I was greeted at the door by Mary from the Sales department and she asked have you folks been helped? And did we have a vehicle in mind? It was at that moment that my mind went blank. I quickly scanned the showroom floor and I said yes that one, that Orange one right over there. This is not my first Orange car, so I can say this comes in handy as it is easy to spot your car in a crowed parking garage or parking lot. They had to move a car to get that Orange one out of the Showroom so that I could test drive it. It only took them a few minutes and I was on my test drive. Loved it. Paperwork was easy. Waiting for Finance was quick. The only thing that I would say is missing are Margaritas & sizzling Fajitas to go with the music. I felt like I was in a Restaurant waiting for a table to come available, not waiting to be called into Finance. Mary helped to set up the Blue Link, showed me how everything worked. She asked if I planned to come back to that location for Service or the one in Clarksville and if I wanted to set up my first Service appointment, I chose to do that at another time. Overall I am very happy with the great customer service that I received that day. More

Misleading information I recently visited this Antwerpen and had a very negative experience. Before my visit, I made sure to spend time researching and inquired to this deal I recently visited this Antwerpen and had a very negative experience. Before my visit, I made sure to spend time researching and inquired to this dealer about a specific car model/price point. When I arrived, I test drove the car and during our negotiation for the price, the given price was $1,000 more than what was quoted online (without any fees). The salesperson was very nice, though was just as surprised to learn that the quoted online price was only valid with a high cash or car trade in. I did not see any disclaimer for this on the website and it was not mentioned when I called ahead. When I tried to discuss this with the sales manager, Ben, he quickly became very argumentative. Definitely not someone I wanted to give my business to. More
