Great sales rep at Antwerpen Hyundai She was fabulous from the start. We called her about a vehicle we saw online and she walked us thru the process if what we needes to do for my mom to She was fabulous from the start. We called her about a vehicle we saw online and she walked us thru the process if what we needes to do for my mom to get a new car and it was so simple and the best part it did not take forever!!. We were in and out. However she did take her time and went over every feature that the car had. She was so patient and understanding. I wish all sales reps could be so understanding and nice. One problem after another!!! We came to Antwerpen after being loyal ourisman Hyundai customers. Today was their third strike!! Service department has been nothing but a pain to deal with, service supervisor has had to call us multiple times after appointments gone awry, ridiculous customer service issues at the cashier's desk, and issues not solved. As usual the best for me. This is my 5th Hyundai. One of them I bought for my dad. Four of them I bought at Jacks in Catonsville.MD. The dealership is the best. Clean, profes This is my 5th Hyundai. One of them I bought for my dad. Four of them I bought at Jacks in Catonsville.MD. The dealership is the best. Clean, professional, and pleasant, The service mgr (Tim) is friendly and very informed. His staff is friendly, clean and excellent at their job. Our salesman, Rob May has sold me several Sonatas. He is extremely professional and has a vast knowledge of the Hyundai. He makes my sister and I laugh with his warm sense of humor. He makes this 72 year old woman understand the details of our new car.and is always available to answer questions on the phone, even when a fifth grader could figure it out. We will see him again when the Sonata gives us even more bells and whistles. I tell all my friends to think Hyundai and see Rob May for the best info and assistance. Rob cares about your needs first. BTW the temperature is not in a good place. My sister is too short to see the numbers and the washer rod covers my view. Put it back where it was. More
