We here at Antwerpen Hyundai Catonsville tried to reach out to you but you would not provide us your name, phone number or email address so we could contact you on this issue. Based on the few details you have provided in this review, we were unable to exactly pinpoint the complete circumstances of your visit, but we believe we have a good idea. As to the situation we believe this review is referring to, we refunded the customer the full amount of $800.00 they had spent when we learned of their dissatisfaction. The customer had the service for 60 days which only entitled the customer to a $400.00 refund. We at the Dealership did all that we could, and we are very sorry the reviewer came away from their experience unhappy.
