Here's how my day went drop my car off at 7 that's 7 in this morning for my 930 appointment first car from 1145pm-0132pm been calling to check on the status of my vehicle. The dealership kept hanging up on me finally got them around 0150 pm finally spoke to a service representative told them I was across the street and decided to wait sat down in the lobby chair only to sit on a crack pipe in the chair. Get my car to see the check engine light on. Asked about the trouble shoot code rep tells me that I should have said something got to auto zone got the code for the thermostat which is part of the coolant system to have checked. Heard a buzz from the cabin motor so guess where I am at right now for them to tell me oh the mechanics left at 5 o clock. More

There must have been a miscommunication between the sales rep and the service department. I was scheduled to have my rims repaired/replaced and they rescheduled me for another day. Really confused as to why I had to bring my vehicle in for them to evaluate and take photos after the sales rep had taken them and submitted them to the necessary party I was under they impression that my repair/replacement would be performed on the date/time scheduled.
