The Service Dept really want down. Your Vehicle is there to be serviced. No one calls to give you a update on your vehicle. You have to call them. You bring your vehicle in for a problem you have & they fin to be serviced. No one calls to give you a update on your vehicle. You have to call them. You bring your vehicle in for a problem you have & they find nothing wrong then suggest you get a routine maintenance. The problem you were having still exists & is worst.. You return they tell you they can't find anything wrong until the engine light is on. You return with the engine light on & gets turned away. Then to be told to bring it back,, 4 days later for it to sit for 2 days to find nothing wrong.. A waste of time ,& inconvenience... No communication between service department-& customer.. I purchased my vehicle there in 2014. Always had a good experience.. until now...... When my vehicle was in for service..... What happened to the service department there? More

I was there for oil change last Friday the staff starting from the curb side to check out was great. I was particularly impressed with Lily. She was extremely pleasant, welcoming and eager to help. For example through no fault of her the oil change took longer than normal and yet she repeatedly apologized and promised that the department will make it right no my next visit. I have dealt with her several times and she is amazingly awesome!! More
There was no update of what was going on with thecar. It's me who always called to find out. I spent alot of money on Uber after denying rental in the first week. So I don't know what is in good shape and what is not. I was told the engine was replaced and the receipt reads only engine parts were replaced. The customer service from this gentleman, needs alot of improvement. More
