I noticed when I started my Palisade later on yesterday, that a notification appeared on the dash stating I have 9 days until my next service. So, either the technician FAILED to update my service information; or the service was NOT done at all. Either way, it's DISAPPOINTING. I now have to ride with this notification popping up at every start or find time to bring it back to ensure service was completed and/or have someone adjust the dash information. There should be a quality control person checking every vehicle, after the technician states he/she has finished their work. 2. I was also told when I purchased the vehicle and at one of my previous services that washing the vehicle was part of the service. That didn't happen yesterday. More
