My constructive criticism (2) and one concern:; When I made the appointment online I didn’t get a confirmation email/text as stated (so I had to call to confirm), and I made that specific appointment time at 10AM because the website stated there would be shuttle availability, but I didn’t get called for the shuttle until 11:22AM- I had already walked to work by that time, but I think there should be a sign-up sheet or something for specific shuttle times. And my concern was that I had a comprehensive service done to my vehicle on Tuesday, and on Wednesday, my Tire Pressure Alert is now on. We did have a chilly night on Tuesday, but I would have thought all my tires would have been filled to optimum pressure the day after all that work, so know I’m worried that the service was TOO QUICK. The light is still on, so I’m going to check to see how low the air is this weekend (it’s parked), and if it’s really low then it means someone didn’t check my tires on Tuesday (part of what I paid for). I usually get good Service and have bought all 3 of my vehicles at Antwerpen Hyundai so this isn’t a salty review. Just constructive. More

I have work (Paint issue)that is suppose to be covered under warranty, however I can’t get anybody to return my phone calls to schedule The appointment. And when I email I try and get something in writing under warranty, however I can’t get anybody to return my phone calls to schedule The appointment. And when I email I try and get something in writing from Hyundai and they won’t give me anything in writing even though verbally they have told me it will be covered. I get the feeling they’re trying to push me away hoping I will forget about the issue and not call back. More

Introduced new issues when trying to fix one and on top of it, they tried to convince me that it is normal. Gave my car for steering repair which makes rubbing sound while turning the steering. They have f of it, they tried to convince me that it is normal. Gave my car for steering repair which makes rubbing sound while turning the steering. They have fixed it but introduced new problem to steering wheel. Now the steering wheel is loose and makes 'tuk tuk' sound while turning left and right. I was very upset with the repair and left the car with them to fix that issue. Its been a week and they tried to convince me saying it is normal to which I didn't because when the new issue was introduce by the repair. Hoping to get it fixed. More

Service was good, but calling for an appointment was a nightmare. Everytime I called someone would hang up the phone. I had to just come in. Customer service is always on point but this the 2nd time I had problems with my car after it has been serviced. This time was the worst I come in for oil change and maintenance and when I left my ca was dri I had problems with my car after it has been serviced. This time was the worst I come in for oil change and maintenance and when I left my ca was driving worst then it was then when I brought it in. It was shaking so bad when driving past 60 mph I got scared and brought the car right back. They looked at it I guess then told me that I needed an alignment and a new tired. I paid 175. For services and left with my car driving shaky and pulling hard to the right and it wasn’t doing any of this when I brought it in. It’s fine I won’t be back. At this point I don’t know what they will do to my car next. I bring it there where I bought it because I thought I could trust the dealership. Guess not. More
