Unresponsive to my many calls I purchased a Rogue in October 2023 my salesperson was helpful and responsive to a point now he won't get on the phone. There was a sales manger there that was very kind, business and customer orientated he cared about how customers were treated bc he wanted repeat business. He has since expired much to my disappointment anytime I call the operator is very blah, blah, blah as if I'm bothering her to answer the phone, I ask for a sales manager no one answers the call, I go back to operator to see if my salesman is available no, no answer again, I leave a detailed message for him to call me back no call I left the message on January 5th before vacation no call back yet. I called while out of the country the manager I spoke with Michael said he would take care of the issue still no return call to this day 22 January. I would NEVER suggest anyone to do business with this car dealer absolutely horrible never follows thru with service. I will be getting rid of this vehicle as soon as I possibly can, why do I have to keep calling you for you to take care of the issues we saw on the day of purchase of he Nissan Rogue. Just know that your business at another car dealership would be better appreciated trust me. More
