I checked three Honda dealerships via the internet and Brenda immediately made contact. When I told her I was on my way to the dealership she was at the door to greet me. Her honesty and effort to help Brenda immediately made contact. When I told her I was on my way to the dealership she was at the door to greet me. Her honesty and effort to help me without being pushy was very refreshing. After taking a test drive I left to pursue other dealers. Brenda gave me the best lease offer for a 2013 CRV. We made the deal and delivery was exceptional meeting those I would be seeing in the future. I would recommend Apostolakis and Brenda to anyone interested in a Honda vehicle. More

I was very impressed with our whole experience of leasing our new Honda FIT. We were met at the door and welcomed by our sales rep. John. From that moment on I felt very comfortable. I just left the dealership down the street that I have previously purchased 5 vehicles from and both of our sons each purchased one each. I was very loyal to that dealership and actually had a great deal on purchasing a 2012 VERSA at a very good price in the works but I just needed to do my own comparison between the Honda FIT and the Nissan VERSA. As with any new car I was impressed with both. At NO time did this Honda Dealer bad talk the other dealership or try to persuade me that I would be making a bad mistake, the choice was clearly ours right up to the final sign and drive. I never leased a car before so I was somewhat skeptical. I learned a great deal once it was explained in a very simple way by both John and Ralph. I actually learned something. What I was most impressed with was I never had a salesperson explain every detail about the vehicle I was purchasing. John went over everything with me and made sure I was comfortable with all the controls, options, owners manuals etc.on the car. When he showed me the vehicle dealer inspection report I was even more impressed to know that Honda takes the time to check each and every new car before they sell it, not at the assembly plant but right at the Dealership at which the vehicle will be serviced. Did I get the "BEST DEAL EVER", I don't know but I left that night feeling comfortable that I made a good choice. More
Brenda was great to work with. She made me feel very comfortable and listened to what I wanted. She went out of her way to get me everything that I asked for. I have dealt with Apostolakis since 2004 when I began taking my 98 Accord in for service. I meant the Paul Whitehouse 6 years ago while waiting for my car. There was never any pressure to buy, but he has always been willing to show me the latest models, explain the changes and always made sure he was available for questions. When I decided to make a purchase, he was there for the entire process making sure we were happy with our choices and at the same time explaining the car in great detail. Paul even worked on his day off to make sure he was available when it fit in our schedule. He has been awesome to work with and is the first person I refer friends to when they are ready to purchase a car- new or used. More

My husband bought a 2007 Dodge Nitro last year. Drove off the lot and before even getting home, the low tire pressure light came on and we discovered the right back brake light was out. The plastic on the drivers side close to the pedals was broken. Not discovered until we got the vehicle home. The low pressure light just stays on and does not go off. Last week, my husband accidently put down the back window instead of the drivers window. Something malfunctioned with the window and it will not stay up!!! At all. Made some crackling noises and is now broken. This happened simply while trying to slide the window back up. Yesterday the rear windshield wiper broke, just out of nowhere. Not only is the vehicle basically falling apart after a "guaranteed thorough 90 point inspection" but the customer service was awful. My husband accidently left his garage door opener in his traded car. I called our salesperson at least three times requesting the remote. I was told that he would fed ex it out the first time and after that I haven't had a response to my calls. I have never experienced so many problems from purchasing a vehicle. I understand that this is a used vehicle,however, these things really should have been inspected. I have a van the same age that I purchased from a different dealer a few years back and have had NO problems with it. They also call OFTEN to see how I am still liking my vehicle. Wonderful service there, HORRIBLE here. NOT RECOMMENDED! More
