It took over two hours for an oil change. I was not notified that the car was finished. I happened to notice in the status page. I was given the wrong keys upon completion and billed for some I was not notified that the car was finished. I happened to notice in the status page. I was given the wrong keys upon completion and billed for someone else’s service. I was given a card for a free oil change which is the only reason I didn’t rate this service a 1 star. However, if it takes two hours for an oil change, I’m not sure I will even use the freebee! More
