Oil Problems The service dept people are all very polite and helpful. I have had my 2012 Equinox for almost 6 months. It was using a ton of oil and it has a recall on this problem. Not too happy about this problem and it’s not the Service Dept. fault. I was a little skeptical about that as to what the price jump would be from just an oil change. So I consented to the check up. They were able to diagnose the problem and make the repairs in a reasonable amount of time. They even washed it and vacuumed the interior, which was greatly appreciated. We travel with our dog who is a big fur ball. It was great getting into a clean car. More
