Of little value to customers to make appointments. Waited 5 weeks for appointment then was told have to leave truck whole day as appointment time was a drop-off time. I had other appointments that day and for a simple tailgate switch seemed overkill on about of time. Had they looked up the parts could have saved me time and dealerships time, (switches are back-orderd. Only vehicle we have, service couldn't care less about customer inconvenience. More
