I had to have my car towed into a Arapahoe Hyundai they had it almost a week told me they were not going to honor the warranty because of the prior owner I can prove that I maintenance my car and that I wa had it almost a week told me they were not going to honor the warranty because of the prior owner I can prove that I maintenance my car and that I was not negligent but the original owner has no proof in carfax report saying that he took care of the car so Echo Park sold me in car that had sludge in the engine and I had 200 more miles to go on my Hyundai Tucson before my next Oil Change it ran out of oil seized my engine and Hyundai could care less they know it's not my fault but it's the previous owners so now I get to pay the price for it they want $10,000 when I can get on eBay and buy a brand new one not used like Hyundai wants to give me on eBay a brand new one is $2,300 take your business elsewhere I contacted the general manager to no avail I contacted the service manager to no avail I got one phone call they've had my car for 10 days and have said nothing else other than come get your car or they are going to charge me a storage fee and they want $250 for Diagnostic for a car that's ruined that's not my fault More
There was a lot of miscommunication with my vehicle. No one knew what was going on. They were terrible at communicating with my insurance company. When I bring my vehicle in to be serviced, I would expe No one knew what was going on. They were terrible at communicating with my insurance company. When I bring my vehicle in to be serviced, I would expect better customer service. Especially given the circumstances around my vehicle. I want to feel like my car is being truly taken care of. I did not feel that way when leaving the shop for several different reasons. I don't think I'd bring it there again. More

Did not enjoy my service yesterday! There was no communication from Chris to I. I had to call to get an update on my car. My appointment was at 9 am and got dropped off at 9 am I called There was no communication from Chris to I. I had to call to get an update on my car. My appointment was at 9 am and got dropped off at 9 am I called at 12pm and was told my car still hadn't been started yet. I told Chris I would be walking around in the area with my 3 kids and he couldn't care to give me any updates on my car. At 2:41 is when I received an email that they had just don't my car inspection but when I called at 12 pm I was told my car would be done at 1:30-2 pm but the inspection didn't get done till after 2 pm. I finally got a text at 5 pm saying my car was done. I never got a call to say what all was found on my car or the fact that one of my recalls couldn't have been done because I have a 3rd party tint on my car at that point I would have said to go ahead and take it off to do the recall but he didn't call me to have that conversation nor did I get a call to say I needed to be there before 6 pm because that's when you guys close. I NEVER want to work with Chris again. I did speak to a manager about this but Chris just never has good communication and rude I've felt with him now 3 times. More
