The finance manager, Brian Caton was very thorough in explaining our options for maintenance plans and explained the financing in a way that we could understand. There was no high pressure sales tactics used. We deferred having Ash explain all the features and blue-link as I was not feeling well at the end of our dealings, and asked Ash to explain them when we bring the Tucson in for the protection package.
