I have a genesis and was promised to never need to even go to the dealership. I popped a tire on the highway one night , and called the dealership the next day. I had to talk to 3 different people because go to the dealership. I popped a tire on the highway one night , and called the dealership the next day. I had to talk to 3 different people because no one has access to all info needed. After everything they said that for whatever reason I didn't qualify for valet service. They also couldn't schedule an appointment and I'd have to come in in open hours. I took my car in and after trying to upsell me even though I had the warranty I was told I had to wait 5 days for the tire to be shipped to the warehouse. They didn't offer me a loaner vehicle or any other help other to than "bring the car back when we call you'. I had to drive on a spare tire for 5 days on my supposedly premium vehicle without a word or concern from the dealership. I also mentioned a weird noise I was hearing and they told me they didn't have time to look at it. I've never had such a bad experience at a luxury car dealership. More
