I recently purchased the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited from Arapahoe Hyundai and give them the absolute highest recommendation from start to finish of the process! Kyle, Edgar, and Van are rare diamonds in the dealership world: amazing human beings that are truly helpful! My wife and I both agreed it was the best experience with a dealership we’ve ever had! I was originally looking at Toyota models but was open to the Hyundai Santa Fe and Palisade based on Consumer Reports reviews. After a complete lackluster experience with a Toyota dealership and a seasoned sales person who couldn’t tell me the difference between a few models, I was incredibly turned off and planned on using AAA to acquire a vehicle. I came to Arapahoe Hyundai with one goal: get the official brochures to review trim levels and compare them with Toyota models for my car search through AAA. The first friendly face I met was Kyle Dykes, who greeted me within a few minutes. I told him I didn’t have much time but that I wanted the brochures for the Palisade and the Santa Fe. He honored my statements and spent 10-15 minutes with me to view both models and provided me with the brochures I requested. Kyle was incredibly helpful in those 10-15 minutes answering all my questions thoroughly and accurately. I left with his card and continued the conversation that evening over text and email because he had earned my respect. Kyle knew my price point and never tried up-sell me and instead provided solutions that saved me thousands of dollars from what I was prepared to pay for a Santa Fe. The next day my wife, daughter, and I arrived at the dealership and met with Kyle. My wife and daughter had the same impression and experience with Kyle that I had – friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful. I have zero hesitation recommending Kyle to anyone looking to purchase a car. In the Finance Department we worked with Edgar Felix. Edgar was another friendly face with incredible knowledge, ability to clearly communicate the intricacies of the financial documents we were signing, patient, and even knew significant details about the car we were purchasing. Once again, we never felt pushed, manipulated, or put off. Edgar was phenomenal to work with! We happily returned the next day to complete paperwork and drop off our Santa Fe to have the interior and exterior protectants applied. On this day we worked with Van, who is an absolute joy to be around! He introduced us to several people in the parts and maintenance department, gave us a tour of the shop and treated us like family. Van too, had incredible knowledge about our vehicle and answered some lingering questions we had. We had such a fantastic experience working with the staff at Arapahoe Hyundai, I just might show up to shoot the breeze with these incredibly enjoyable people. The next time I purchase a car, this is the first place I’m headed and heartily recommend them! More
