When I came into the service department for a recall on Tuesday, I was expecting to have a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. The gentleman who had called last Thursday to set up an appointment Tuesday, I was expecting to have a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. The gentleman who had called last Thursday to set up an appointment to have the recall scheduled and taken care if was very nice. He offered me a loaner and I said That was great. He said it should only take an hour or 2 to fix the car. When I got there Alex told me it would be all day and that I was not set up with a loaner. I told her I would need one and had been told I would have one. She checked and they had one available and helped with getting that set up. 👏 Alex was great! I worked with Ash when I purchased the car and he was very nice. The process before getting to Brian in finance was a little unnerving. I almost got up and walked out because, it didn't seem like we would ever get to the financing terms I needed. Once sitting down with Brian, we found out there were a lot more options and he was great and got us taken care of quickly! Brian's service was extraordinary! My husband said it was the best experience he'd ever had in dealing with the financing part!! I will recommend your dealership to others!! More
