Kyle dykes from the Arapahoe Hyundai location was the best! I came in looking to trade in my old lease for a new lease and Kyle was not only amazingly friendly but he was super patient with me since car best! Followed all COVID guidelines making me feel safe. It took over 2 months to fix my car. I was assigned a car manager from Hyundai that said I wasn’t under warranty which was completely false. The dealership never could give me straight answers. I told them on january 8th to go ahead and tear down the engine for inspection and was told they had to send out for a new engine. I was never given any firm ETAs on anything throughout the whole process and I had to pay for a rental car the whole time. It kept getting delayed due to weather in Texas and unfortunately a service crew member was sick but I still had to pay for the rental car and these things aren’t under my control. I plan on filing a complaint with Hyundai about this whole situation.. I have a timeline written down with more specifics. I was laid off due to covid and I am basically broke now after paying for the rental car for so long. I feel Hyundai should cover these charges. More
