To start with I had been shopping around for a vehicle for ~3 weeks prior to going into Arapahoe Hyundai, so needless to say I had been steadily narrowing down my preference for a new vehicle. Prior to ar for ~3 weeks prior to going into Arapahoe Hyundai, so needless to say I had been steadily narrowing down my preference for a new vehicle. Prior to arriving to the store however my father and I received a call from a Kyle Dykes, and he informed us to come speak with him directly so he could help us out. Once we arrived we told him of the specific car we were wanting to look at (Tucson), and although he was helping customers he quickly pointed it out to us so that we could take a look at it while he was wrapping up. Within 5 minutes he raced over to talk with us, and let us test drive the car within another 5 minutes. Just before we left however he asked us if there was anything else he could show us, which I informed him of my preferences, and he told us to go have fun on our test drive and he would begin to look. While pulling out onto the main road my family and I could see him literally jogging around the lot in search of specific vehicles he could show once we returned. So after coming back and parking, he already had another vehicle ready for a test drive (Santa Fe) with all the things I wanted on it. We then drove the second car and really enjoyed it. Once we came back we went to his desk to talk about what we liked about the car and what we didn't, all while Kyle was being genuinely sincere about helping us out. After hearing about my thoughts, Kyle brought up that the dealership just recently took in a newer model Santa Fe with all the features I was wanting. After asking to see it, he quickly ran to find it and bring it out for another test drive (so basically 3 test drives within 30 minutes). Long story short this third vehicle, the newer modeled Santa Fe, was the car that I ended up purchasing from Kyle. Now just a few remarks about my experience would probably be beneficial to hear. This was my second time at the dealership and the first time was reminiscent of the second, absolutely no pressure and friendly interactions with all the workers. In particular Kyle Dykes seemingly does indeed work for the customer and tries to provide the best possible service to everyone. His effort, knowledge, and kindness towards everybody is a welcome change from the usual car buying experience (yes I'm looking at you Will from Arapahoe Kia). Throughout the process Kyle reiterated multiple times that he just wanted to make my family feel comfortable, taken care of, and not pressured to do anything we didn't want to do. All Kyle asked for in return for his impeccable service was a review, and although this is my first ever I would happily do it again for Kyle because he deserves the praise. I'd recommend anyone looking for a great car at a good price, without the run-arounds you face at most dealerships, to come try out Arapahoe Hyundai. I'd also recommend everyone to work with Kyle Dykes as he will always provide the best possible experience, all while being extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. More

Service tech said I had no issues but inspection report said I had an oil pan leak that needs immediate attention.
