These service advisors work so hard and I am thankful for all they do. The biggest problem with this visit is they charged me for a Software Update that was not installed previously and made my car die while all they do. The biggest problem with this visit is they charged me for a Software Update that was not installed previously and made my car die while driving and had to coast to a stop and have it towed to the Dealership. I can see paying for an update if it is optional for Maps or radio but for my car to run I kind of think that should be included! I can’t think of anything I own that needs software updates to keep working that I am forced to pay for. So very disappointed with Hyundai for this since I am still within my power train warranty and after looking at car forums this is a known problem. Would love Hyundai to refund my cost for this but it’s not the Advisors fault. More

I did have them switch my old wheels onto the new purchase, but 5 hours? Way too long, it should've taken no more than 3 hours, max. This is my second purchase from Arapahoe and I have been treated very well both times, so I will very definitely give them another chance at my next purchase, with a time limit! More
