My wife and I helped my college student son purchase a 2018 Kona from this dealership. Price was fair, and employees were friendly, but the process took way too long (close to 4 hours) at the end of the d 2018 Kona from this dealership. Price was fair, and employees were friendly, but the process took way too long (close to 4 hours) at the end of the day where the majority of our time was spent sitting around waiting for someone to give us an update. The finance guy we ultimately dealt with (Brian Caton) pressured us into a Vehicle Warranty contract that I really didn't want, and has been mostly unresponsive in our efforts to cancel the contract. It took several emails to get the cancellation form from him, and after we submitted it there has been no response at all to our repeated requests for information on when and how we will receive our refund. The salesman (Brian Wheeler) was only a slight improvement. The car only had one ignition key and did not have a wheel lock key. A separate visit to the dealership resolved the wheel lock key issue, but Brian initially balked at providing a second car key, saying we would have to purchase that on our own. He reluctantly agreed to provide one eventually but acted like the cost was coming out of his own pocket. What car these days comes with no spare key? Seriously? If the warranty contract cancellation/refund doesn't happen very soon, the next step will be a complaint with the BBB, and ultimately legal action if needed. Will not do business with them again. My daughter will be getting a vehicle later this year, but not from this place! More

This experience was unusual, so I don't want to place blame on the dealership and I especially want to recognize Jevion for his extraordinary efforts for me. After I had test driven and negotiated and accepted to buy the Palisade Calligraphy in Moonlight Cloud with beige interior, the car was taken to detailing where, despite the car having 360 degree cameras, the detailer somehow scraped a three foot gouge on the driver's side passenger door. Not only was this the most expensive car on the lot, but there was only one other car with those interior & exterior colors in the state, all the way over in Grand Junction. I was extremely frustrated as I had traveled 75 min to this dealership expressly to buy that car in that color with that interior. I could tell by the look on the salespersons face that he felt exactly like I did. I was offered the same deal on the same car in my second choice color which I accepted. But that was rough. Other than that, my experience was great, and as I indicated, I would recommend to others More
