Bill, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience publicly. While I am keenly aware of the circumstances and timing surrounding the events of your purchase and experience with us. Also how understanding and patient you were during the aforementioned circumstances and timing (spanning 2 major holidays). In summary, while our intentions were to service our customers needs with our traditionally exceptional service, we fell far short of that goal with you. Our technicians are highly trained and are compensated to find and fix problems in an efficient and timely matter. In this case, we failed to diagnose what turned out to be a very simple repair (loose battery cable). While we regret the time and unnecessary stress that this caused, we are thankful that the repair was minor and that you are very satisfied with the vehicle. Unfortunately in the review, it is not apparent that we immediately arranged a loaner for the entire time that your vehicle was in service (so that you would not be without a vehicle) and in fact offered to exchange the vehicle (at no cost to you) within 72 hours of your purchase to accommodate your upcoming travel plans (to which you declined and insisted on waiting). Finally, we have taken steps to improve our communication to our customers, additional training for our sales staff on resolutions, and discussed with our technicians to improve simple process fundamentals that can eliminate the simplest fixes first. Please accept my sincere apologies for your experience, and my heartfelt relief and gratitude that you are very satisfied with your vehicle and wish you nothing but the best moving forward.
