I hit a pothole this past Thursday. I called roadside assistance and they came within an hour. Then I called the dealer to come in doe a new tire. I was told, last Thursday, that I couldn’t until tomorro assistance and they came within an hour. Then I called the dealer to come in doe a new tire. I was told, last Thursday, that I couldn’t until tomorrow, Thursday. One week later. Plus, I’d have to drive it in because they couldn’t drive it. But I could. Then, Monday you called to tell me Hulu would pick up my car tomorrow. To have the tire replaced. What gives? Why was I told I had to come in? Why does it take a week to get a replacement tire? I’m getting increasingly frustrated with you people. More

I am very disappointed with my experience with this dealership this time around. I left 3 voice-messages to them and no one had the courtesy of calling me back. When my car was finally ready to pick up dealership this time around. I left 3 voice-messages to them and no one had the courtesy of calling me back. When my car was finally ready to pick up, they called my parents house instead of me. To this point I still have not had a rep reach out to me and explain what the problem was with my vehicle. I live in Lakewood and chose to drop my car off at this location because of the great service I have had in the past but they have definitely missed the mark with this interaction. I will consider taking my vehicle elsewhere after this. More
