I love the dealership the only down fall I have is the car I brought someone has try to break in it not once but twice and the alarm didn't go off and they told me they can't to anything about it. All of our prior experience with Arapahoe Hyundai service has been outstanding, but this time their lack of communication was disturbing and frustrating. Despite promising to provide a vehicle status on the has been outstanding, but this time their lack of communication was disturbing and frustrating. Despite promising to provide a vehicle status on the initial day of service, they never called. In addition, just reaching a live person in the service department was very difficult. Ultimately, they never called us, even after keeping the car over night. We had to initiate all communication, and ended up disappointed in their lack of attention to customer service. We’re hoping this is simply a one-time problem, perhaps due to the holiday and the pandemic. More
