I brought my car in on 5/25/20 to have all recall items taken care of. I was told my seat belt was repaired and there were no other items on recall, in spite of trying to avoid being in a crash or stuck on taken care of. I was told my seat belt was repaired and there were no other items on recall, in spite of trying to avoid being in a crash or stuck on the side of the road, my other recall items were ignored!!! On 11/18/20 My car died while on C470 we were able to get to shoulder and avoided a collision, yet my car was dead. We had it towed to your service department and waited 2 weeks with no word and no loaner car. When we finally heard from the service Department we found out that the entire engine would need to be replaced due to recall, we were told at that time there were no loaner cars available, I called back to let you know that this was not ok and we would need a car, Mark said he tried to call both myself and my husband,to get us a car, but neither of us had a missed call! Your staff was very nice and the service was great once they finally looked at the car!! My problem is that this was not even checked in May and I could have avoided all of the November problems with my car, while checking further I found multiple people who had the exact same problem, yet no one ever mentioned that this could be a problem for my car!!! Very disappointed in your lack of service last may!!!!! More

My family had been considering a new car purchase for several years, but couldn't find a car we were excited about that would be worth the cost. Enter the Palisade! I researched for months before we finally decided we were serious enough drive one. From start to finish, our experience with Arapahoe was courteous and helpful, never high-pressure. Lander was an excellent sales person, and very personable. He worked with Tony, the sales manager to find us a deal we couldn't refuse! Even sales associates who were not involved in our sale brought our 7-year-old coloring books and crayons to keep her occupied while we signed papers. Excellent experience from start to finish!
