I was very grateful for the effort the service manager extended to accommodate my request for an emergency appointment to install a replacement for my broken driver’s side rear view mirror. I returned y lease Car I decided to buy a used car. My appt. was with Frank Larosa. He was ill that day so Justen Coffee stepped in. He shows me a2011 Tucson. Up to that point everything was going well. The manager told me it needed tires which he would sell me for 400.00. It was getting late and I didn’t have enough money to purchase tired that day. I was told by both Mr. Coffee and and the finance man, I believe his name was Me. Archeletta? That anything wrong with the car would be fixed when I brought the car for service. I was not able to drive the car because I had hip surgery for a couple weeks after I bought the car. When I did have to drive to Florence Co. which is 100mi. Everytime I had to stop after driving speed limit of 65 mph. It would jerk and I knew something was badly wrong. I called and set service appt. when I brought the car in, I insisted on the diagnostic test that was promised upon purchase. The check engine light was on. There were several problems The rotors were warped, needed brakes, an alignment, a leak in the coder and the driveline was loose. I insisted they fix these problems as promised. On that appt. Mark the service man replaced the rotors and brakes and gave me the diagnostic report. I said I exspectednthese item to be repaired. He said He didn’t think some of it was covered under my warranty. I insisted on speaking with someone whom I had dealt with as I felt I should not have to pay any of it. None of the people I had dealt with was there, so the manager came and was so intimidating telling me how much all that was going to cost. He said he could not “eat” all of that and instead of getting tired I could just pay $300. of the repairs. I was so upset and intimidated that I gave him 300.00 which I couldn’t afford. After I left I really felt like I should not have paid anything because I was promised everything they found wrong would be fixed. I had also purchased a warranty. I made another appt. to get the rest of the repairs made and Chad was my service person, he found a loaner for me as a part had to be ordered.. I returned the next day. Chad was off and Mark was there, he said the alignment was not covered, I said I would not pay it, by now I had decided if anything else happened I was not going to take this car. They did cover it. As I was driving hime the engine light came back on. I called them on Monday and told them about the engine light was in and that the DMV didn’t have have the paperwork needed . No one has returned my call. The paperwork was there the next time I went to DMV. But no call about engine light, More

It’s been awhile since I’ve had a good experience, I worked with a new girl I think her name was Alex. She was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. The other workers were also really nice. Unlike the last time I was there. When the guy who served me was really rude. But Alex made up for that. She even walked me to the waiting area told me there was coffee hot chocolate and water. As I was waiting another gentleman was looking for a customer Laura, asked if I were her. He was joking around saying please be Laura. When time to check out, Alex was very nice even honored my credit without any hassle. She did all this with a smile. And even walked me out and held the door for me.
