My contact began with Frank via email, and from the start, he was very responsive, and replied to my inquiries in a straightforward manner. I set up a test drive the next day. As opposed to the other dealerships, he took the time to go over all of the cars features in detail beforehand. I was hesitant to pull the trigger because I hadn't bought a car in years, nor had I ever bought a car that was remotely new. It was a big purchase for me, and instead of being pushy, Frank sat patiently with me through my thought process, working through the numbers, until I decided I was comfortable enough to move forward. Upon pick-up of my vehicle, he spent time going back over all of the car's features as well as helping me pair my phone.
