Dominique wasn't pushy at first but at the numbers game she wouldn't show me any other options as far as other vehicles or take into mind I had a trade in plus cash and wouldn't explain why the price went she wouldn't show me any other options as far as other vehicles or take into mind I had a trade in plus cash and wouldn't explain why the price went up from the night before. The manager gave off a time share vibe really fake. They also wouldn't tell me the cost if I worked with my credit union. I left unhappy because they didn't go above and beyond on going over other options that are in my price range. I test drove one car because the other which is still up the site is not on the lot apparently it sold . All in all the service sucked and it felt like an ultimatum was being pushed on me to buy at the end. More

Great service, Frank Larosa was our salesman and very informative. I never felt pushed in anyway. Anything I did not want to hear about was quickly moved out of conversation. Van Quiett is the man! He went above and beyond to make my car buying process super smooth! I had seen a vehicle they posted i wanted with no pictures (just got it in so they didn’t have photos uploaded ye my car buying process super smooth! I had seen a vehicle they posted i wanted with no pictures (just got it in so they didn’t have photos uploaded yet). I called right away which was 20 minutes before they were closing. Van got me photos and videos of the vehicle after they closed! Made sure everything was good on it and had everything ready for me the next day. Most dealers would have just brushed me off and just tried to get me in but not Van! He knows how to take care of his customers! The next day, i went in to test drive it and he already had everything waiting for me. He made sure i got the best price out there! Even after purchasing the vehicle, he called to just do a follow up and see how the vehicle is and even asked how my family was doing. Van is an amazing salesman and even better human being.
