When I purchased my Santa Fe, it had some small adhesive marks on the side as a result of the wrap they put on the new cars. There was also a small brown spot on the headliner. Seth pointed these out to me right away and said he would be happy to get me in after the purchase to get this all fixed. Seth did a fantastic job of getting me an appointment quickly. They got the marks out, removed the small stain, and even threw in an oil change and inspection, no charge to me for any of these services. Chad in service was also the service rep for my visit and was very communicative with any questions I threw his way. Top notch service from the team here at Arapaho Hyundai, they keep giving me even more reasons to be happy to have purchased this car from them! More

The only time I felt like they were nice was when I picked my car up. Every other time I talked to them they had an attitude. When I asked to speak to the service manager, I was told if I wasn’t happy picked my car up. Every other time I talked to them they had an attitude. When I asked to speak to the service manager, I was told if I wasn’t happy with the service I could take my car somewhere else. Only they already had it and I had no way of towing it. I had my car in a month before because of issues shifting, they said everything was fine and a month later my engine went out. I felt like every time I called my concerns were blown off and comments on the sequence of events ignored. Due to my experience I am getting rid of my Hyundai and will never be a customer again. More
