The over all experience was good. I didn't feel pressured to do anything or make a decision now. I did all that on my own and to myself haha. I worked with Frank via online and text. He really helped me out in seeing if I could actually go for the car I was after. And helped jump start the process before I even had to make a trip to the dealership. I then worked with his son in law, Quentin, when I made it down to the dealership a few days later (it was Franks day off). Quentin was friendly, professional, and went through the sale process nicely. Everyone was wearing masks from what I had paid attention to, and social distancing so that was a good plus. Quentin was great to just talk to about random things as we waited on paperwork. I was then handed over to Brian who guided me through all the actual financial signing of my life away haha. I could tell he had been doing this for awhile, casual in explaining what each form was about. Even enjoyed a good few laughs. Not once did I feel any kind of anxiety through the whole process. Good job to all of you. I took home a nice 2020 Sonata SEL. And no buyers remorse still, so I'm happy. More
