Devin was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Came in to look at used SUVs and honestly was still pretty set on a Mazda CX-5. Devin let us test drive a few of the Tucson's and pointed out that the newer to look at used SUVs and honestly was still pretty set on a Mazda CX-5. Devin let us test drive a few of the Tucson's and pointed out that the newer models wouldn't be much more out of our price range. Ended up driving home with a brand new 2021 Tucson and couldn't be happier with all the features we got at that price point. More

Great overall experience with Brian and Van. Brian greeted us in a timely manner. Answered questions patiently . . . and provided additional information about the History of the ownership, and general greeted us in a timely manner. While my Husband and I were waiting for Brian to run our credit etc., Van engaged us and filled the ‘waiting period’ with laughter and genuine conversation. I also appreciated how the Finance Gentleman (wish I had his name) sensed my slight tension and specifically asked me...”Paula how are you feeling about this.” I hadn’t purchased a car in 15 years. Good for him for ‘checking in’ on my emotion. I’d recommend Arapahoe Hyundai to family, friends, or anyone in need of a good car purchasing experience. More

We were stuck working with Aaliyah Rios after Brian Wilson did most of the deal on the car. Brian was knowledgeable and patient but had a family emergency so wasnt able to be there when we were ready t Wilson did most of the deal on the car. Brian was knowledgeable and patient but had a family emergency so wasnt able to be there when we were ready to purchase the car. Aalyiah was very unprofessional and rude. We had to travel back to Denver from Craig to get a second key they couldn't find. She told us if they found the key she would mail it or if they couldn't find the original they would order us a new one. After calling her back a few times she said they couldn't find the key. She said they would order one. After a few days of no answers, I contacted the parts dept to see if they had a new fob/key for my car. They said they had one in stock. I told them i would be in the next monday so they could program it. Aalyiah said they had a week to get me a key. I showed up at the service dept on monday and as I pulled in Aalyiah called me and said they didn't have a key. I told her that I was already at the service dept and they were setting me up with one. She asked if I wanted to talk to her manager. She had lied to us and hung up on my husband twice. This was one of the worst car buying experiences I have had because of this person's unprofessionalism. I only wished Brian Wilson could have made the sale on our Genesis. More

I had a GREAT experience here after receiving poor support at a rival dealer. I found the website easy to use and once I found the car I was looking for, every single person I dealt with at this deal support at a rival dealer.
