Bill Surina and his finance team have left me in regret for giving them my business and I will assuredly never return to this location, not even for any routine services. I was offered extended warranti for giving them my business and I will assuredly never return to this location, not even for any routine services. I was offered extended warranties that I knew I did not need and told Bill I did not want. After incessantly pressuring me, I reluctantly agreed to the terms only because he said that I could cancel at any time. What was not disclosed was if I canceled the warranty, the amount would still be included in my loan. Bill neglected to inform me of this and was frustrated when I wanted to back out. I had returned with the trade-in title that same afternoon and I voiced to Bill that I wanted to opt-out of the extended warranty to have the lower interest rate that I initially told him I wanted. I waited another additional hour to speak with him so he could change my contract but when I entered his office he acted as if the conversation never took place. After reminding Bill of our conversation he told me that he was unable to change my interest rate after assuring me it would be done. When I asked why it couldn't be altered he gave me the excuse that the bank had already received the documents digitally, contradicting his promise. I left the dealership believing his word that I couldn't alter the contract, after doing some research I found that his reason was untrue. I called later the following week to voice my concerns. It wasn't until I asked for the General Manager's information and the owner’s contact information to share my concerns that Bill even considered helping me. Bill called me back a few days later stating he had spoken with the owner, and that the owner was agreeing to buy my contract so that he could write up a new one. Bill was not being truthful as the dealership was able to make the change despite what he said was impossible just days earlier. My most recent visit, I had driven three and a half hours specifically to Arapahoe Hyundai due to my temporary tags being due to expire this month. I called in advance and spoke to Sarah in the Title Dept. and after placing me on hold to verify my next steps, she assured me that another temporary tag would be created for me in this regard. When I arrived, I was told that there was only one associate available, Brian Caton. I patiently waited nearly an hour before Brian came out to assist me. His demeanor was less than professional, as he deeply sighed upon learning I was one of two customers waiting. He did not acknowledge my wait and in fact, undermined it when I mentioned it. I explained my situation, which he immediately dismissed and said he could do nothing about it. This contradicted what Sarah had told me on the phone. After going back and forth, I asked to speak with his manager, who happened to be Bill. Bill met me with the same combative disdain upon knocking on his office door. Bill rudely signaled for me to remove my mask while saying “do I know you?” He would give me the same runaround and had no intention to help me solve my issue. In the end, nothing was resolved. Bill was less than helpful and verbalized that once the paperwork is sent to the DMV that quote "we have nothing else to do with you." This is the experience that I hope to steer others away from. Beware of signing, you're nothing to them afterward. I’m shocked at the amount of disrespect and unprofessional behavior that I received. Most appalling was when I asked for the General Manager and owner’s contact information. Bill said, and I quote “I am not giving that to you.” He threw his business card at me and told me to call the dealership's main number. Despicable. One star is being generous. More
