My verry satisfing experience with Arapahoe Hyundai team. I was looking to upgrade my car as it has a lot of miles. From the time I pulled on to the lot to the time I left I was not pressured into purchasing I was looking to upgrade my car as it has a lot of miles. The sales team showed me the used car that I wanted to see and were very professional and understanding as to the car that I was really looking for and didn't try to pressure me into that vehicle or anything else. Paul Grace and Phillip Porras are top notch people. Arapahoe Hyundai should consider themselves lucky to have them as employees. More

Are you kidding? Seriously? Went in to Arapahoe Hyundai buy out a lease on 2016 Hyundai Sonata on 7/16/20. A check was written for the balance of the lease. Was told by Frank L Went in to Arapahoe Hyundai buy out a lease on 2016 Hyundai Sonata on 7/16/20. A check was written for the balance of the lease. Was told by Frank La Rosa the dealership would do a soft credit pull. Illogical why one would be needed as car was not being financed. Turns out this is just another example of not being told the truth as it was not a soft pull. Tried to call Frank to speak with him on 7/20/20 and was put on hold. After waiting for 20 minutes on hold the call was cut off. The original lease from this dealership was an bad experience as 82 year was taken advantage of. In hind site, elder abuse likely should have been pursued at that time. The buyout cost $535 in additional fees and took close to 3 hours even though we were the only customers in the dealership. Expectations were very low when we went into the dealership and they didn't even meet that low bar. More
