I worked with Marcus Porras and he was fantastic to work with. He's super friendly, very knowledgeable, and never overly pushy like I've experienced at other car dealerships which made me look elsewhere. Marcus was super experienced on each car that we were interested in (Tuscon, Santa Fe, and Palisade). We took all 3 models for a few test drives and he was always more than willing to help out with any question or concern that we had. He could answer each question I had (and I had many) and that really helped steer me in the right direction. They tell you that Arapahoe Hyundai is family owned and operated and I believe it. It had a positive vibe in there and you never felt like they would give you a bad deal. I also shopped around at Autonation Toyota Arapahoe. It was a night a day difference between the two dealerships. Autonation Toyota Arapahoe tried to pressure me into buying a car as soon as I walked in. Additionally, Autonation Toyota Arapahoe offered me $21,000 for my car. KBB was $26,500 and that is exactly what Arapahoe Hyundai gave me! We're super happy with our Hyundai Santa Fe (2.0T SEL). It's an amazing crossover and absolutely love it. I would recommend buying a car from Arapahoe Hyundai again and I would definitely want to work with Marcus Porras when I go back. We will probably buy my wife a Hyundai Palisade when the time is right. Edgar Felix was also great and super friendly in financing and warranty. I give Arapahoe Hyundai a 5/5! More
