Phone and customer service need some help I dropped my Car off for a warranted repair. I heard nothing for 48 hours so I tried to call the number provided and use the extension but it did not I dropped my Car off for a warranted repair. She informed me that my service rep. Had been off for two days. She put me in touch with another rep. And he stated my rep was only off that day and should have kept me is to speed. The second rep. Chad Was very responsive and called me back after he found out what was going on with my car. I got a call the next evening from the original rep. Telling me what they did to the car and that it was done. More
