Phone call to set up appt to repair/replace low beam light I n the past I have received excellent service. However, it is my opinion that the situation described below needs to be considered for the future. I n the past I have received excellent service. However, it is my opinion that the situation described below needs to be considered for the future. On Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 11, the low beam headlight on the driver side of our 2014 Santa Fe was burnt out, which needed to be replaced. The call was made and answered by Gary ?. After explaining the problem of needing to have the low beam light replaced - he told me that the first time the car could be repaired would be Jan. 2, 2020! He did not make any attempt to have the repair made sooner - as I explained that it was an urgent need since it is obviously a hazard to be driving when the headlight was out. Since I was not willing to wait until Jan 2 to have the repair made, I called another auto repair business, and was told they could fit me in as soon as I arrived. The repair was made in about 30 minutes! - Which also included the right low beam light, which was observed to have also burned out. It seems to me that there should have been an attempt to find a way to make a repair in circumstances as described. (I have been a loyal client with Arapahoe Hyundai since June 2014). More
