The Worst!!! I dropped my car off to have a speed sensor installed. I could not get in touch with the service dept. for two days while they had my car. I texted I dropped my car off to have a speed sensor installed. I could not get in touch with the service dept. for two days while they had my car. I texted, called and left messages but no call back. There is a third party that answers the phone when service does not pick up and I left messages with them, too. When I called a manager on Friday, I found out the did not have the part in stock so I picked up my car. He tried to charge me a diagnostic fee but I refused to pay. He acted like he was doing me a huge favor by waiving the fee. I have since gone to MacDonald Hyundia and had a pleasant experience. I will never go back to Arapahoe Hyundai. They are a disgrase to you! More
