We found Arapahoe Hyundai and Paul Grace through the USAA buying service. We live about an hour away and often gave Paul only a 30 minute warning of our arrival, as we decided to divert in on our way to another Denver errand. He always made himself available to us. Paul also understood what I was looking for and helped me fine tune color preferences until he knew exactly what I was looking for. And he found it. There were no bothersome texts/emails with vehicles I was not interested in--he only contacted me when he had solid information to share, which I appreciated. It took a while, but he finally found MY Palisade. I appreciate he patience with me. He was great and everyone we interacted with were professional and not pushy at all--the ideal shopping/buying experience. :) More

This dealership is a class act. We were promptly greeted by Seth Ringstad in a professional and kind manner. We advised him of what we were looking for and he showed us the vehicles available on the lot. He immediately offered a test drive to us allowing the two of us to take the vehicle out on our own, which is usually not the case. Upon returning, Seth proceeded to thoroughly explain details of the car and of the various upgrade packages. He knew the answers to the questions we had as he was obviously fully knowledgeable about the car. We appreciated his no nonsense approach to sitting down and discussing the price. At no time did we feel to be under any pressure to purchase the car. He did make it clear to us that he wanted to sell the vehicle to us and would do whatever it would take to earn our business. It did not take long before we came to an agreeable price. We also appreciated the fact that he was the only one who was directly negotiating with us rather than having several different people from finance come in to try to get us to buy the vehicle. Seth told us he would sit down with us for however long it took to show us all of the features of the vehicle. Since it was late in the evening, we all decided that it would be best if we come back to the dealership on another day to meet with him. This was the best car buying experience we have had, Seth is definitely an asset to your company. More

Alternator Workmanship is questionable. Don’t understand why it is acceptable that alternators you install last less than 3 years, and why a head gaskets you ins Workmanship is questionable.
