The worst customer service experience ever Purchased a used 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership with Kyle (salesman who was excellent) and Bill (finance). Upon my initial review of the c Purchased a used 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership with Kyle (salesman who was excellent) and Bill (finance). Upon my initial review of the car I made Kyle aware that Apple Carplay was a must. He borrowed a cable from another salesman and confirmed that the car in fact did not have Carplay installed. He then researched and confirmed that the car was eligible for Apple Carplay but I would need to register the car in MyHyundai.com and download the software to install in the car. Once that was confirmed I was good to go. I purchased the vehicle and went on my way. The next day I worked with Hyundai of America to get the vin released and after doing so could not find the downloadable software online. I called Hyundai of America and they redirected me to MapnSoft who handles their Navigation map updates. They then inform me that Apple Carplay is no longer a free download for this vehicle and would require a purchase of $145 map and software update to get Apple Carplay. This was obviously very surprising to me and feel that Hyundai needs to take care of this amount since their website and dealership misinformed me that it would be free. I now called Hyundai back and they informed me that I would need to work with dealership directly to get this take care of. I call the dealership and explain the situation to Vincent (Sales Manager) and he says that he will follow up with me. He never called me back. I had to take my car in to the Dealership on Monday 11/11/19 to have the ECP care package installed. While I was at the dealership, I asked for Vincent, but he was not in. I then asked for another manager and that is when the worst customer experience ever happened with Ray Saccomano (the General Manager). I introduced myself and explained my situation. He proceeded to say, “well what do you want me to do about it?” I said I am looking to be reimbursed the $145 since I was told (and the Hyundai website says) that the software was free. He said, “well did you get this in your contract?”. I said not because I would not have known to get this in my contract because I was told that this was a free download. He then said, “well you are out of luck buddy.” At that point I about lost it. I looked at him and said, is this how you talk to all your customers? He said I am not the one with the problem. I was completely shocked to see how bad the customer service was, especially from the General Manager. I then spoke with Bill who said he would assist me with getting this resolved but wanted to know who I spoke with. Forgetting the General Managers name at the moment I walked out and asked the sales men on the floor who the General Managers name was, and Brock Jaeger proceeded to say, “I am not getting involved in this buddy, you are on your own.” After getting his name Bill says that is the General Manger Ray, what more do you want me to do. I said, “I want reimbursed $145.” Bill then proceeded to tell me that when I came back to pick up my vehicle that he would have the situation resolved. When I returned the situation was not resolved and in fact Bill wasn’t in the office because he left for a personal appointment. This was the worst experience I have ever had a dealership or customer service related ever. I have filled a complaint with Hyundai of America, and they have launched an investigation. I will do everything I can to make sure that this dealership gets as much negative press possible. I will never recommend and do not recommend that you buy your vehicle from this dealership. More
Platinum Service (Again) - For 14 Years Now Recently had a full brake job on my 2006 Azera, and as always, Andrew did a great job. I have been taking my car to Arapahoe Hyundai since I got it new back in 2006. Chief Mechanic there named Andrew is the only person who has ever worked on my car (other than a simple oil change), and he is simply The Best. While I had a lot of problems with the car the first few years I had it, it had since been running and behaving like new - and that's not an exaggeration - thanks to Arapahoe. (Btw, during the first few years of ownership when I had so many serious problems with the car and seemingly had it there every few weeks for those few years, not once was I treated in any way but courteously and professionally, with literally everyone there being very personable as well. At no time over these years has anyone there ever jerked me around, and you know that's saying something when it comes to car dealership service centers.) I highly recommend these guys, and I have NEVER filled out a survey this positive before relating to any retail or service establishment. Yeah, they're that good. Take your vehicle there - you won't regret it. More

He was very courteous to a couple of seniors like us and he knew his stuff. The sale was quick and efficient including the finance manager. Found the exact car we wanted although Brock had to go to their off site lot to get it, the car was clean when he returned. I assume he had it washed before we saw it. In and out in record time compared to the previous dealership we had dealt with. Would strongly suggest Arapahoe Hyundai to my friends and relatives. We are approaching older age of seniors and I have purchased a lot of cars in my life and have never been treated better. More

I met with Brian Wheeler and he told me that there wasn't any difference between the 2019 and the 2020 Tucson LE, which made my decision much easier, and there was the last one in stock. I got it, and I appreciate that Brian has made the whole experience as easy as possible for me. I will definitely go back to that family for my next car. I got my lucky leprechaun helping me today (smile) More
