I bought my first brand new car last week. I was pretty nervous about the process of buying a new car by myself. I was immediately greeted by Kyle as I walked into the dealership. Not treated very nice I have a leased Santa Fe through Arapahoe Hyundai. This is my second one, My husband and I decided to either buy this one out or a new one and not lease any more. I first went in and explained what I was trying to do. They did n0t have the time of day for me and blew me off. Then, we decided to just buy out our lease and purchase my 2018 car. I don’t know if it was because we were not buying a new car (which I had tried to look into) or what but they were very hard to deal with. It was not a pleasant experience until we were handed over from Paul to Frank. I am so glad this is over. More
Incredibly Unprofessional Came in to turn in my lease. If I didn’t need to get my car so quickly (as I procrastinated my end of lease) I would not have gotten the car i did. Finance was great and quick, but the sales rep was incredibly unprofessional. Upon arrival he didn’t even say his name. It want until he gave us a business card that we got his name. He insinuated my husband and I “made up” the original price he claimed he could get for us and recalled the events back to us claiming we were unwilling to get a vehicle (even though we were very clear we planned to come back the next day if he could get us that price, after we got our turn in ready). On several occasions used foul language with his coworkers who were loudly and blatantly messing around and being disrespectful. I went in the next day to pick something up from the vehicle I turned in and he was not there. He had told us to text him when we got there and he responded later, once again in an unprofessional manner. Another employee who was there helped me in Treys absence. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but he was incredibly helpful, professional and kind. If he was the one we worked with for the lease, my review would likely be much different. More

Friendly and informative This was a recall and explained what was to be done. Returned the day after and original fix did not work. Service department fail I do NOT recommend this dealership or the service department. Took my Hyundai in for the recall and they told me I needed new headlights. I paid over I do NOT recommend this dealership or the service department. Took my Hyundai in for the recall and they told me I needed new headlights. I paid over $200 for headlights that are so dim, it’s not safe to drive at night. I called to speak with the service manager and he was rude and unhelpful. I spoke with the owner if the dealership, David Zinameister, who told me there are two sides to every story and there was nothing further they could do for me since I wasn’t willing to bring my car back to their service shop, and then hung up on me. I’m not comfortable bringing my car back to this dealership/service after a simple headlight bulb replacement went so wrong and the ensuing poor customer service from the service manager, Gary Burton, and the owner of the dealership, David Zinsmeister. Be warned that if you’re not happy, they don’t care. I don’t recommend this dealership or their service department and won’t be back. More
